Consequently, in addition to all other remedies available to CRYPTOUNIT at law or in equity, CRYPTOUNIT has the right to pursue injunctive relief without needing to demonstrate damages or post any bond or alternative form of security in response to such a breach or potential breach.

General

Any headings or section titles within these Terms are for reference convenience only and do not affect the interpretation or meaning of these Terms. The terms "include" and "including" are understood to imply "without limitation" immediately afterward.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms, individuals not party to these Terms have no legal or equitable rights to enforce or benefit from any terms within these Terms.

CRYPTOUNIT.com VIRTUAL EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

CRYPTOUNIT OpCo, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("CRYPTOUNIT"), oversees and maintains the CryptoUnit.com website and mobile application. CRYPTOUNIT also arranges and provides access to online events, such as conferences and webinars, collectively referred to as "Virtual Events," on occasion.

These virtual event terms and conditions (collectively, the "VE Terms") regulate your participation and access to Virtual Events hosted by CRYPTOUNIT. These VE Terms are supplementary to the CRYPTOUNIT Terms of Use (accessible here: https://CryptoUnit.com/terms/) and the CRYPTOUNIT Privacy Policy (accessible here: https://CryptoUnit.com/privacy/), the terms of which are incorporated by reference herein. In case of any discrepancies, these VE Terms shall prevail, but only to the extent of the inconsistency.

By registering for your participation in CRYPTOUNIT's Virtual Events ("Registered Participant"), you unequivocally accept these VE Terms. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you are confirming that the other person has been duly informed of and agrees to be bound by these VE Terms.

REGISTRATION

Registered Participants are granted access to the specific Virtual Event for which they have registered. During the registration process for the Virtual Event, CRYPTOUNIT might require you to furnish certain details. In such instances, you commit to providing accurate information to CRYPTOUNIT. Following successful registration, you also agree: (i) not to sell, transfer, or share your Virtual Event passes with any other person without obtaining prior authorization from CRYPTOUNIT; (ii) not to divulge your user ID or passwords issued by CRYPTOUNIT as part of your registration to anyone else; and (iii) to safeguard your user ID and password securely, and to prevent any unauthorized breaches of security, such as unauthorized usage of your user ID and password by others.

All expenses associated with your participation in the Virtual Event (including registration fees, if applicable) shall be your sole responsibility. Unless otherwise specified, any registration fees due for registering in a Virtual Event (if applicable) shall be settled upfront and in full to CRYPTOUNIT.

Once CRYPTOUNIT has confirmed your registration, it becomes non-cancellable, and any registration fees paid (if applicable) become non-refundable. It's important to note that there will be no refund of registration fees already paid (if any), even if the Registered Participant ultimately does not attend the Virtual Event.

While the particulars of the Virtual Event (such as the agenda, event date, and time) are accurate when initially publicized, advertised, and announced, Registered Participants acknowledge and agree that circumstances might arise that necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of the Virtual Event (or alterations to the agenda or speaker lineup), through no fault of CRYPTOUNIT. Such circumstances might include (but are not limited to) unexpected speaker unavailability. In such cases, CRYPTOUNIT will not be held liable to Registered Participants, and Registered Participants will not be entitled to a refund of any registration fees paid (if applicable).

Without prejudicing the stipulations outlined in clause 7 above, if the Virtual Event is entirely canceled (with no postponement) at CRYPTOUNIT's sole and absolute discretion, CRYPTOUNIT may elect to refund any registration fees that have been paid (if applicable), although it is not obligated to do so.
